What's the difference between the current values of this
page (2692/pb, above the title) and the current value of this
plot (5983/pb)?

The number on the plot is for total of all IPs. The CM only number can be read from the plot. You also have to be careful with dates. The papers do not reference the last fill number a data point I think should be in all papers.
