There is such amazing interest in the LHC, and any success will probably show us more of what we don't know. My linux boxes are running lhcathome, no recent tasks, though. Hello forum members.

LHC@Home cool... Im not sure how they will use that.. I assume you become part of the GRID ? That is a good question... I will start a topic on it...

You can't become part of the grid because the unit of data needed for one analysis is way to big too send it to individual computers.

From what I understand from their webpage, it's rather used for other analysis/simulation that need smaller data source.
