Well, as someone suffering from ADHD and Asperger I can say:
you will be called names, there's nothing to do about that.
On the other hand, all those "normal" people calling people names use technology developed by "nutcases" because they couldn't do it themselves.
(And if you are offended now, I don't feel sorry for you.)
