Summer Schooll 2011
With the successful launch of STS135 yesterday my work in data processing for shuttle program is coming to a close. It was not a particularly easy countdown but the highly professional team performed extremely well including that exciting t-31 second hold. I decided that it might to help full to oth...

Thanks for all your comment and input. This forum is a great place for sharing information.
Hope they can keep up the same production rates in the future. If so will make for a great
year of data collection.

Re: 2011 Events Discussion
If the turn around time is 2.5 hour look more like 3 hours Physic to Physic. It would appear to a untrained eye that they may be reseting a little early.

When might will they have a Status presentation
At the end of last year, they did an hour presentation. It covered status and results for the five experiments and the LHC. It would be nice to have another presentation after 30 days of operation. Would like to see being about two hours long to provide more time to Explain data so nonprofessionals ...

Note: This problem has some similarity to the (Engine Cutoff) ECO Sensors we had so much troubles with last year. Turned Out to be the connector at low temp

Re: Let's go hump hunting!
It appears to me that the hump is modulated by some thermal effect. It looks like a heater/cooler come on at about 500,000 ms and off at about 700,000 ms. If we had, raw data for some of the longer runs you could build a plot of hump Frequency vs. Time overlaying each cycle. If you could match this ...
