Thanks,
So this "keeps" the abort gap.
You say "hardwired part", does this mean it is a piece of hardware, separate from all of the software that controls the loading of the LHC with protons?

Page with daily LHC minutes?
There used to be a page with the minutes of the daily meetings of everything concerning the operation and problems of the LHC. I can't seem to find the link anymore. Is the link gone, or am I simply overlooking it?

Re: 2012 Events Discussion
We are beginning to see more and more green on the Cryogenics page.
But when I look on the page with the "Cooldown status", I have noticed that in Point 4 the magnets for the RF cavities are still at room temperature (300K).
Does anybody know why they haven't started yet to cool them down?

Re: 2011 Events Discussion
To my experience they don't update that page during a technical stop. They are in fact the powerpoints that are shown at the daily meetings, and those meeintgs are not held during a technical stop.

Re: Higgs could be found before Christmas!
I found the recording of the webcast where the presentations about the Higgs boson by the ATLAS and CMS experiments were given of 13 december.
