LHC portal

How about a refresh timer for the top frame (world record, etc) and the main menu? The top frame message sometimes changes, as does the menu. I leave the window up all the time and don't usually reload the whole thing so I was surprised by the new menu additions.

(May be a duplicate message somewhere, thought I already posted this but can't find it.)

To be fair, it's so rare that the links/title change it's not worth it - once a day at best, in all honesty.
