Stored energy in the ring, perhaps? It's certainly the highest-luminosity collider (800 kHz/µb)

Hm, no, while the beam currents are higher than the LHC by a factor of ~5, the LHC still has 3 orders of magnitude more energy per particle. Maybe they just mean luminosity.
