Dear LHC Portal admin,
I don't see any notification whenever someone replied to our post or there is new post! Can you make a notification feature? For example, notification like the one on fb? Anyway this is just a suggestion, it would be much appreciated it if you able to do so

It is already a feature and should work by default.
Check User Control panel / Board Preferences / Posting defaults / Notify me upon replies by default.
Also when you post look at the check boxes near the bottom, one of them is 'notify me when a reply is posted', make sure you check that if it's not checked by default.

There should be a little x where your post can be seen, if you click on this it will get rid of it for you
