There's a difference between the luminosity results for ATLAS and CMS recorded on the main coordination page:

The 1st one are very raw, the even missing runs, if the lumi reporting was down. The later ones seems to the experiments and are corrected if the lumi calculation was changed. I guess it is quite easy to say which one you should trust.
There is a 3rd one from the, which is at least more up to date, but CMS recalc is missing and a strange change for ATLAS.
