Well its stunning how fast time goes by.

The LHC as we have watched for years has wrapped up operations.

Its now on to creating the next generation. the High-Luminosity LHC :)

Where has all the time gone ? Seriously. I remember sitting in a pub waiting for the rest of my team from work to turn up for a post work meal, and eagerly following the news of the very first cautious beams of the rebuilt LHC. I’m now retired and have been for two years.

Glad to see the forum is back up and running ... and that we survived an other round.

Haven't given up the fight to prove that this machine is pure evil ... I'm probably the last one.

If it is evil, it’s certainly playing the long game ! I think there’s plenty more obvious evil in the world these days that needs tackling.

I’m sure he’ll have found something else by now.

He is both correct and wrong at the same time :)

I sent him a PM..

The board posts did say we would revisit this. After a bazillion collisions I think its possible to rule out creating stable strange matter now.

All those posts are still here, as is the world and universe.

‘It’ doesn’t need to be an entity with a plan, it’s just a cumulative process. The road to hell is paved with good intentions. 🔥☠️🔥
