And some new records again :
fill 2692 ~240 pb-1 (2 records, max and daily max luminosity delivered) in 22.8 hours (also 2 records, best total and daily length)
Nice job! But don't forget to beat that within 2 weeks again

Re: 2011 Events Discussion
Hi I was watching the fill 2000 yesterday evening, and it did beat "a few" records again ! - Max luminosity in one fill (90.78 pb-1 in Atlas) - Max luminosity in one day (97.4) - Max luminosity in 7 days (307.37) - Longest fill (21.5 h) - Longest time with stable beams in one day (21.9h) - Fa...

Re: 2011 Events Discussion
Hi
the current run (1900) looks really nice indeed !
It was just dumped, after more than 20 hours.
And as far as I know it broke several records, with its length and the ~64 pb-1, if I read correctly!
Ben.

Thanks a lot for the web pages, forum, explanations and evrything else. I never took the time to register before, but now I...

Re: What do the displays mean ?
On the CMS update it says : "LHC operators have ramped both beams to an energy 1.18 TeV again. Now they "squeeze" the beams (reduce their transverse profile) by focusing the beams with magnets. This increases the luminosity (which is inversely proportional to "beta*") when the beams pass through eac...
